Agreement
By accessing or using Storm-Guard.Net's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Storm-Guard.Net.
1. Service Description
Storm-Guard.Net provides DDoS mitigation, network protection, game server protection, and related cybersecurity services. Our services include but are not limited to: Layer 3/4/7 DDoS protection, BGP-based network protection, GRE tunnel integration, reverse proxy services, and web application firewall (WAF) capabilities. Service specifications, capacities, and features are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Host or distribute illegal content, malware, or phishing campaigns.
- Launch DDoS attacks or other cyberattacks against any third party.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our Services without written authorization.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with our security systems.
4. Payment Terms
- Billing cycle: Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis as specified during sign-up.
- Payment methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and select cryptocurrency payments.
- Late payments: Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended after a 5-day grace period.
- Price changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Storm-Guard.Net commits to a 99.99% uptime SLA for all production services. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA commitment:
99.9% - 99.99%
5% service credit
99.0% - 99.9%
10% service credit
95.0% - 99.0%
25% service credit
Below 95.0%
50% service credit
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storm-Guard.Net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement:
- By user: You may cancel your service at any time. No refunds for the current billing period unless eligible under our Refund Policy.
- By Storm-Guard.Net: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Storm-Guard.Net are the exclusive property of Storm-Guard.Net. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
